Preamble
come2gether.net is the online community of EURO<26. All EURO<26 countries will successively join and result in a large European Community. It is intended for keeping up with friends all over Europe, for exchange of experiences, to experience cultural diversity on the Net, and to discuss any other topic users are interested in.
By clicking »Yes, I have read the Terms of Service and accept them« you confirm, that you are eligible to use come2gether.net and accept the following Terms of Service.

1 Users
1.1 Principally, come2gether.net is available at full extent exclusively to EURO<26 members. Exceptions can be made.
1.2 Users need to check if additional conditions for the use of come2gether.net in their country apply.

2 Registration
2.1 By registering for come2gether.net and services offered by come2gether.net (e.g. sweepstakes) the user agrees to:

• provide true, accurate, current and complete information about herself/himself as prompted by the registration form and
• maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it accurate.

2.2 The user is responsible for the secrecy of his or her login name and password. Furthermore she or he carries the responsibility for all activities done with his or her login name.
2.3 The user must inform come2gether.net immediately if someone uses his or her account without permission.

3 Privacy
3.1 It is our policy to respect the privacy of all users. Therefore, we will not monitor, edit, disclose or pass on to third parties either the contents of a user or member e-mail or the personal user data, unless required in the course of normal maintenance of our service and its systems, or unless required to do so by law.
3.2 Personal data of users are processed electronically. It will be used for communication with users and for forwarding information, according to these regulations, also information about offers of partners of come2gether.net.
3.3 Come2gether.net is allowed to make anonymous user information available to third parties for demographic and statistical purposes. Furthermore, the anonymous data may be used by come2gether.net for trend and market research.

4 Rules of etiquette
4.1 Users must treat each other with respect. Come2gether.net may not be used in order to threaten, trouble or bother other users.
4.2 Each user declares, that she or he will not use come2gether.net to damnify or deceive other users. This means particularly not to pretend to be a co-worker or representative of come2gether.net or EURO<26 and to thus attain personal information of other users.
4.3 Come2gether.net may not be used to offend against applicable law. Each user commits herself or himself in particular to attend the regulations for protection of minors.
4.4 User activities, which are aligned to sabotage or at least make the use of come2gether.net more difficult, are forbidden. These are particularly acitivities which affect the physical and logical structure of the used Nets.
4.5 Contravention may entail the immediate exclusion from the Community.

5 Content and expressions
5.1 No content and/or expressions may be published, conveyed or uploaded that offends against existing laws. This implicates particularly:

• publication and dissemination of propaganda for unconstitutional organizations,
• incitement of the masses by publishing or dissemenating writings or other media of unconstitutional organizations,
• temptation to criminal offences as well as their belittlement and glorification,
• publication and dissemination of pictures, writings, videos, or other media showing violence,
• the insult of confessions, religious communities and philosophies of life,
• publication and dissemination of pornography, in particular child pornogr
